Great place for shoppoholic. Low rate. 2 1st/2nd Copy cloths, sun glasses, watches act act. Also you would find lots of traditional cloths of girls. There is also a good cort here. Huge place for shopping.

It's a market for middle class people. Too many collection of apparel and houses good collection of wooden and steel furnishing on the top floor. The market opens at 9.30/10 and close down by 5 pm. Great thing is this market operates on Sunday. One need to have full energy to walk around and see all 4 floors. It took me 3 hours. You can get good collection of Electronics Chinese made, mobile accessories. Food court not available, and the place is little bit crowded. But air con operates in some of the floor. The market has elevator as well as escalator. If you want to do shopping in bulk and that too clothes for kids or girls at reasonable price, Yuzana plaza is the place to go.

For merchant, it is must go place to inquire best whole sale price for their business. I like the car parking system and it has no hourly fees for parking and parking fess is 300 Ks for whole day. But to arrive there, you much pass many traffic. Be careful your wallet as it is very crowded place in Yangon.

Yuzana. Plenty of various kinds of human accessories.

Floor 1,3&4 is for various kinds of clothes.
Floor 2 is for mobile phones.
Floor 5 is for furniture.

Must know that, Yuzana plaza is closed at 5pm. So, 6.5Pm is definitely closed.

And it is the very crowdy place.

Therefore, if you have to use elevators, go before 5pm. All of the elevators & escalators will be turned off before 5pm.

I give 5 stars for plenty of accessories & clothes.

There are reatialers as well as wholesalers.
Famous for clothing, mobile phone service and shops, furniture,
Locate in heavy traffic area, parking space is limited but you will always get one finally.
Close on monday except from ground floor.

On the ground floor, there are many wholesale outlets, selling packaged food, beverages, and even pets. Shops on the upper floors sell electronic products, fashion household appliances, mobile handset and furniture. There are so many mobile phone repairing shop at level 3. There are also restaurants, coffee shops, donut cafe and some other beverage shops on the upper floors.
