Super fun on a hot day. Great food court. All the extras do add up to make an expensive day for a big family, but you could not get the extras and make it more affordable. Great store, too, for all the swim-related accessories you could possibly need.

Probably the only water park in Yangon! A bit out of the city but it’s really within the limits and it’s not that far (will feel like it if it’s your first time visiting the place). Clean (as of posting time) and the facility is safe and secure. Recommend you spend the entire day in the area.

Fun to play and rides are exciting but some of the good rides needs extra money for each single ride. Food and drinks are abit expensive inside and they dont let any food or drinks allowed to take in, not even a bottle of water. The worst part is that you need to pay extra money for most of the exciting rides. Those you can ride again and again for free are not exciting.

Easily accessible and nice fun option, very much affordable..!!
Limited rides and the swimming pool is 6/10, but worth the visit considering that's the only option in Yangon..

We had a great time visiting here. Well, I would suggest to improve the safety issue. It's seem quite risky to take some rides there. I hope u do the maintenance regularly. Once accident happened, ur image can go down. One Halal Restaurant is available there.

They don't allow to bring even water bottles and food inside the compound are not good enough but my kids are very happy to play there

Great water park, if your traveling make sure to take friends, probably in groups of 4No water problems and meals and food are decent, drinks are available and showers and locker rooms are clean

If you're someone who likes to have some adventure and fun with your friends, this is the place. My favorite ones are the red free fall slide for its challenging experience and the yellow 4-person see-saw slide for its good-to-yell experience with friends.
Hope that they keep the promotions going on or the price lower than 20k per person. 10,000 kyats would even be better. Otherwise, it's quite unreasonable for this country. This way I believe Waterboom can make the most profit, that is, by reducing the price and welcoming more customers/boomers.

We visited here on an intermittently rainy day in November and it did not dampen our enjoyment one bit. Having opened recently this is still in good repair leading to a relaxing time. The rides are top notch particularly the large multi-person tube rides which are larger than any I have seen outside Disney America.

The food court is quite excellent with a wide range of flavour tastes covered at reasonable prices.

It does lose a point though for appearing to be slightly understaffed in terms of ride supervisors. This means that the staff may be stretched think e.g. Watching two rides at the same time, which has the effect of slowing things down by not working efficiently. Hopefully this I'll be addressed on busier days.
