  The price of the facials in this spa is extremely high for the dermologica brand. I did two facials and got around 3-6 acnes after that. I have done pedicure and was unsatisfied too: reckless, no mask (other spas usually have mask) and still have dirt and dust in the nails . They will try to sell their package for around 450 bucks and as a mistake, I bought that (just to use facials). They won't return the money even if I said I would give back all the discounted prices. I have nothing to use other than facials. Yangon Sanctuary Spa also have another shop, same name, same owner in Myanmar Plaza but you CANNOT use your money over there, which doesn't make any sense! I would prefer to go to spa to relax which is nearer to my home. Overall, I was very dissatisfied. The facials might work for you but it doesn't, for me and most of my friends.
  
  The staff are very humble and nice nonetheless. It's just the poor professional system and bad customer service when it comes to money.

  Worst service ever at Myanmar Plaza~
  Asked to wait 20 mins but turned out to be 40 mins.
  More over, I Had to ask them first.
  Never coming again.

  I went their,
  But i found lots of respect,humblitiy,sensitivity,which provide me relax,
  I love that,
  That facial and the menicure,and pedicure,
  Was thumsup👍
  I will wish that next time i will go for another try..

  Been to the branch at Myanmar plaza, and its the best spa ive ever been to. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and the oil massage was great. They always make sure to check about how the pressure is for you, or if you have any spots you'd like to avoid/concentrate on. Healthy refreshments are also provided. 5 stars!
