  It catches your eye right away with its bold red color and colonial style building. There lots of wedding album(? Or wedding certificate album) vendors along with the court fence. Seems like people visit here for the civil marriage. (Not a fact)

  Beautiful example of British Queen Anne style architecture in the heart of Yangon. Unfortunately the building is abandoned and there is no access for the public.
