The best hospital in our country. You can get basic investigations and imaging free if you are local. There are specialists from every subjects. The ERC is very busy, so I wont subject you to go there for minor ailment. doctors and nurses are very skillful and friendly. I think Myanmar health system will collapse without this hospital.
They will take dollars equal to private hospital if you are a foreigner.

If you are a foreigner its a waste of time to go there they will not treat you their standard excuse is they have no medicine and no equipment and doctors are not here right now. Its almost the same situation as in Geneva Switzerland the red cross HQ they dont like foreigners since it could cost some money. Why I write that? Because I went to the hospital there after an emergency and in Geneva Cantonal Hospital they were even more stupid telling me they have no doctors on duty and no misunderstanding because I spoke German with them but they only treat Swiss citizens what is this? Typical Swiss greed and dont care about other. Never travel to Switzerland they are the worst in Europe only try to pull money.

The biggest government hospital in our country. Good doctors with excellent communication. The only bad thing is lack of drugs and equipment.

SERIOUSLY IN NEED OF REAL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS WHO KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND VALUE LIFE
Incident of Ko Tin Ko (19th Jan 2017)
    Ambulance
Only driver, no medical assistant, no equipment's, no one to assist the patient to settle in the car
    In the Emergency ward
Only two (Rude) ladies doctor present, after several approach and begging 4 hours later the serious patient got attention.
Got admitted on the balcony of ward 7-8 in the winter with strong wind no wind protector.
Medical professionals (Doctors, house surgeon’s and Nurses)
Entire 7-8 ward from top to bottom (Head (Dr. Than win Nyunt) and the cleaners) everyone languages are same. The medical professionals’ language and behaviors are as same as a cleaner (Rude language and the behavior displayed) It might be true that the patient has only 30% hope, but the approach of MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS LANGUAGE AND BEHAVIORS DOES NOT REFLECT THEIR PROFESSION. LIFE DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING TO THE DOCTORS IN MYANMAR. If the patient is lying dead this is the duty of each of us to make the person confront as much as possible. In addition to that, just for the commission several blood tests at several labs in different timings.
In the 7-8 ward everyday 4-5 people die, no one clean the bed and replaces with another patient. MEDICAL PROFESSIONS OF MYANMAR ARE IN NEED OF HUMAN RELATION COURSE. IT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THEIR COURSE AS A SUBJECT.
