Most Suitable places to find the books I want in one places.There are many bookstores in this plaza and also music corner,tea shop and snacks as well.if u want to read in quiet place, snack bar in plaza will very suitable for this.At least one or two promotion show per month in this area.Book prizes in stores are not expensive and very affordable.This place is near the latha bus stop and Lanmadaw railway station. Under this plaza is bazaar.So u can spend ur time in this area reading, eating and shopping.This is open 9 am and close at 7pm.So I would like to invite u to come this places when u are free.

The only book store in downtown Yangon. You can get almost all Myanmar books and children books here. There are also a lot of activities like book introduction, poem reading and review of classic literature. A cafe called Minthamee is situated on the same floor.

It is a good place to read and chill here. Tons of books are here. There may be 15 book stores here. What I love this place is having coffee shop. U should enter from 17th street coz it is more easy to find.

Nice hidden gem. Lots of books, unfortunately only very few English books. What I loved about the place was the coffee shop. They had tasty and very reasonably priced drinks and lunch. Nice atmosphere, I sat, ate and read and didn't feel pushed to buy any more drinks etc. The manager speaks very good English and she was able to tell me about the ingredients of the fruit juices, etc.

Variety of Books on translated, traditional, fiction, non-fictioan, science, education so on are provided in 4th floor. Fair services but the building is a bit dark and untidy.

This places has great potential for book lovers. There are a dozen small booksellers, along with one or two larger companies. There is also a cafe, souvenir shop, art gallery, and comfy chairs, all in a clean and air conditioned place. The only bad think is getting there. You have to navigate a dirty, crowded market to find the elevator in the back of the building. But once you're on the fifth floor it's another world. Mostly geared toward Burmese, there is a limited selection of English titles, mostly reprints of works by Burmese authors. Definitely worth at least a look.

Great place to buy since there are many local book suppliers. The restaurants there are reasonable and clean. It would be a 5 star if they can arrange a lively and exciting environment.
