  Singaporean chain restaurant and coffee house in the heart of Yangon. If you're looking for something other than Burmese or Indian than Mr Ya Kun is well worth a stop. The iced coffees are freshly made and our delicious and the food is excellent as well. The only let down is the poor wifi

  Not bad for a place that is trying hard to Singapore food. Their service is great and the staff is always nice.
  The food is pretty good, if you are fed up of the local food.

  The coffee and tea taste the same as in singapore. Toasts are thinner then those in singapore but still yummy.
