  The usual food you'd expect from this chain. I prefer their Chinese menu over the signature dishes. The Kyay-Oh is not bad, but it is kind of simple. I always add a couple of spoons of chili, because otherwise it's just too boring. But they have some very nice vegetable dishes on the Chinese menu. Those are what I keep going back for. Plus, they don't use any MSG. Big plus!

  The customer service in this YKKO branch is awful. Also, my friend ordered a Kyay ooh specifically with cooked Pig's brain, they said they had it and it's not there when they served the dish. And they said they run out of it. This ain't the first time, every time we eat at YKKOs it happens.

  Bad service and cheat food. You look at the menu and order. Then, you will get totally different from the menu photo. And terribly slow service.

  Except for the environment which is clean there is no reason i would goto another YKKO again.
  
  Food quality is average, service is poor. However there is 1 thing which i need to highlight. There were 7 of us, we ordered each a meal and none of us can finish our meal. PORTION is BIGGG
