We enjoyed this quiet guesthouse. Good position. Helpful old lady in charge. Comfy beds. Plenty of hot water. Not super new but clean.

A very good/cheap (7-9$) alternative to the other more expensive hotels in town! Very friendly people (we came without a reservation at 4am and got a room), the location is good (lots of restaurants, ebike rentals and near to bagan) and the (bath-)rooms are very clean. Also the breakfast is ok (Toast) and you get free wifi (but its Not very strong).

This place is very basic for what you can find in Bagan at very high prices. The room is ok, but the plus is that the share bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is terrible, could be much better, with some different fruits. But the location is wonderful that is also what makes it not bad at all.

I stayed 2 nights with my friends . I got early check in but i paid extra 10USD . When i made reservation it mentioned including Breakfast and Wifi but no breakfast and internet is not connect. Service 20%

Friendly family run guest house with great access to Bagan, 4th Street restaurants, and top bike and e-bike rates! The room was pretty large, and the included breakfast very tasty, would stay again!

Booked through booking and got a room in the old building In 4 days I didn't see the bathroom clean once, either toilet paper.
Breakfast is not great
Staff was rude - ripped me off with the ebikes (50% cheaper next door)

Perfect spot if you are traveling on a budget. My friend and I stayed in a fanned room only and we were comfortable. Family owned, and the staff is very helpful. Close enough to the temples, to rent either a bicycle or motorbike.
