NO breakfast is included. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is just ok. Good for 1 night stay.

the price is one of the cheapest I found in mandalay and the location is very good. the staff is outstanding especially NaingLin, who became a nice friend of ours and for that reason Ali e I would go back to hotel Venus, it's all about the people you meet when you travel, that is usually what your remember most.
the room is nice for the price, the Wi-Fi isn't too fast but the beds and toilet is fine for my taste. breakfast would be a plus but NaingLin or one of the other helpful staff can direct you to a tastey and cheap place for break for $1 or less. so if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in a good location with really friendly staff then this is your place.response / report this review -

Les réceptionnistes très sympas, nous ont aiguillé sur les lieux à visiter à Mandalay. On restait même à discuter le soir. En revanche, pas de petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre contrairement à la majorité des hotels du pays.

In general, be aware Mandalay accommodation price is quite higher than other cities. This is one of most reasonable one but don't expect very good facility. Though, you will see helpful and attentive staffs here.
