Historic place, evening can be crowded with visitors.
Very good for photographer.
So sad to mention about the place, it is really dirty place full of plastics, dogs, betel nut spit and drinkers.

Place full of garbage. no nice restaurant there. Just a place for teenage girl to take selfies.

Nice place for watching sunset but little bit overcrowded. In the middle of bridge u can go downstairs and enjoy sunset in the chair and drink beer.

Cool bridge! Definitely worth seeing since it's one of the few things to see/do near Mandalay. But most of the bridge actually isn't over water (we went in December), and some of the bridge is now concrete instead of teak. We went at sunset when there are TONS of tourists but know people who went at sunrise and said it was less crowded.
