I would like to edit my initial review somewhat, since even though we received less than satisfactory service from the employees in general, the manager did take his time to personally call us and apologize. Also the on site Japanese manager was kind and also apologized, and discounted the labor costs a few thousand Kyat. I still would not come here again for service unless I had no other option as they are slow and overpriced, and don't seem to have great mechanical knowledge unfortunately. However, if you want genuine Toyota parts at genuine Toyota prices, this is the place for you to go.
