Hotel was poorly managed. Reception was not well organized. Rooms are acceptable in size and facilities. However the breakfast provided is not well here. No choice for customers for breakfast. The price is average compare to other hotels around the town

The best birman food we had so far in myanmar. I recommand to take the discover one, you can see the picture and 2 plates is enough for 5 peoples. Very tasty, also the owner is very kind and explained all the dishes. I wish I can go the a second time one day .

The room is low rated compared to the price. The facilities are old. We can hear the voices clearly from the next room. The breakfast is not good and less.
The biggest problem is that we asked hotel manager for help to get private taxi. Taxi driver and hotel manager are coorperating to overchage us. We paid 60000 ks for private taxi to the trip to taunggyi market, ayetharyar wine yard, Sunamuni Pagoda,Kakku pagoda. Actually, the trip included Pindaya Cave but they said we cannot go since it is too far. Taxi driver said that we cannot go to Pindaya Cave when he take us back to the hotel, not from the start. We agreed the trip plan in prior with that big amount. So,I asked the hotel manager that the trip included the Pindaya Cave. And then she said that we misunderstood the plan.
Another problem is hotel manager asked us to check out at 10:30 although the real checkout time is 12:00. The reason is other guest are waiting to check in our room.
Another problem is we cannot use master/visa because the staff didnt know how to use the machine.

The room in Teak Wood is fine. There was only one fan in its room. The staffs were nice but creepy somehow. It has excellent location.

Good location. Close to restaurant, shops, bus station and so on. A 10 minutes walk to the river side. Stayed in air con room. It was not very clean. But the breakfast was good.

Considering the price we paid (17$) the accommodations were decent. We stayed at the old wing on top of reception. There was no AC , but a fan, the nights are cool at the lake so we really didn't need it. We didn't have hot water either.Breakfast was good, not buffet but a la carte.if you want they can book the tours for you at the lobby. I did the sunset tour of the lake with them for 10000 , and went to inle boy ( tour agency) for the whole day tour for 15000.
The location was good, walking distance to stores, pharmacies and restaurants.
About 40 min from he-ho airport by taxi (25000).
    I think I'd go back there .

Personal of hotel try to do their best. But it's not really clean in the rooms.
☝And at breakfast➡ there's no main meal for vegetarian, only fruits.

Quite evocative because of the bungalow feel, but it could really use a little refurbish. The stones on the walls are usually dirty and many of them fall off. The breakfast is really awful, and the service also not very useful sometimes.

Nice place. Stayed there 3 nights. Had the Shan breakfast (spicy soupe with noodle); delicious !
Family run by mother ans daughter. They organized boat tour, trek and bicycle for us. Slept well but the walls between the rooms are very thin. You can hear your neighbor. Was in the old typical section. brand new section will open soon. Would come back again.
