I just check in to this hotel. As other mention, there is no AC and you don't need it because the weather is cold. It will be great if the hotel install heater.

TV, you get only 3 channel, and only the Chinese one is working. I mean you can clearly view it.

Wifi, no good.

Large compound and quiet location. Have a place where you can relax in front of the hotel compound

Need taxi to go out for food as there is no restaurant close around by..

Bed rooms are very wide than other hotels.
But the hotel lacks basic facilities such as no air-con (but comfortable because of cool weather), old/bad drainage system in bath room.

Ended up staying in this hotel on my way back from Eastern Shan State road trip. The hotel has such a large compound which no hotels in the city can compare with. With lots of big green trees, the compound feels so clean and quite. The rooms are better than what I expected. Not the best but completely worth it for it's rate. I am definitely going there again for my next trip.

The compound is pretty big. The hotel is situated near the outskirts of the city so the good thing is it's so quiet and peaceful, the bad thing is you have to spend some time getting downtown. Food and service is pretty much above average.
