Friendly staff, great price and everything you would expect from a chain hotel. Build quality could be improved but that could be said for most establishments here. A socket that is not working or wall with bad finish is annoying but doesn't affect sleep

Very nice hotel for the price. Room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The breakfast is small but very adequate. Bacon, eggs, toast, pastries are a few of the available options. Asian food is also available. The coffee wad good and that is alwaus a plus for me. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful.

Clean bed linen. Appropriate furniture in the room. Helpful and friendly manager and reception staff.
Bathroom accessories good. Cleaning can be improved.
Breakfast room a little crowded.
Non Veg breakfast excellent. Good spread. Asian veg.very limited.

stayed there for 6 days.. longest duration. Friendly manager and concierge. Fridge was not plug in some how.. Clean environment.

This hotel is very middle setting hotel. Many fancy expensive hotels are not cared enough their basic. Like clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast and coffee. This hotel was very perfectly good for basic.

Stayed for one night which was ok before our flight home.
First room we had smelt of smoke so we had to change rooms. Taxi wasn't booked for the morning which we had asked for the night before, however they did flag one down for us.
Restaurant closed hour and a half earlier than written which was disappointing.
For one night it was ok.

The location is ok. However the bathroom in some of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. I think the owner is simply greedy and is focused on making money than service. The cleaning crew is sloppy. The bathroom smelled and was constantly overflowing. When I complained to the front desk I was told that everything is great. Oh did I mention that you can see Asian hair all over the bathroom? That tells a lot about the cleaning crew. I checked out after 2 days and went to the different hotel. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and no I don't recommend it. Pay a little more and stay at a decent hotel.
