  I am not very satisfied with the staff's attitude. I don't mean all of them. But, when I went to buy air tickets yesterday, the girl staff seems a bit reluctant to explain things and rude too. How come? For a big travels and tours company, this action is unacceptable, I think. So, I seriously suggest that Sun Far still needs to improve them as well as their attitude towards customers!

  The attitudes of the sales team need serious improvement, both on telephone and in person!
  Probably because they dont have the best working conditions, the tiny office at New University Avenue Road has far more people than the space can accomodate.
  Management team: please find ways to make your workers happy so that your customers can be happy.
