Amazing service. Great coffee. A very good menu. Highly recommend this establishment
I am surprised to find such an amazing place here in Kalaw.
We tried home made coconut ice cream and hot Thai milk tea. (Can’t stop having them) :-D
The ice cream is really delicious (something we can’t find very often).
The tea is nice too.
What’s more?
I keep thinking about the meaning of ‘sustainability’ while having food since this place is also an eco shop and a training center for local youths!
We will definitely go there again.
Phantastisch staff and great food. We came twice in our two day stay in Kalaw. Everything we tried was delicious: cakes, cappuccino, pasta, Burmese salad. The perfect spot if you want to enjoy some Western treats after travelling as well as exploring the local cuisine!
This is a great place! Vegetarian options were tasty.we loved salads Tamarind tofu and smoothies. Friendly staff and source of local information. Tables or benches allow relaxing and interesting information available about eco projects and training.
Finish with baked treats or ice cream
Stayed just up the hill at Natureland II. Stopped here for lunch on the way into town but it would be well worth the 10 minute walk if you’re staying in Kalaw town. We had the homemade peanut butter, tamarind tofu & salad, loads of homemade bread and ginger tea. We loved it so much we went back for dinner the same day and ordered the same again (but double!) amazing veggie food, cute place, great service and board games while you wait!
Easily the best meal we had so far in Myanmar!! Might look expensive but you get a huge meal from the "Big Bites." Simply fantastic, healthy, & unique flavors too. Already can't wait to go back!!
Wonderful, private and calm location. The veggie food was really good and both the fruit smoothie and the cappuccino convinced me!
Such a lovely cafe. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The homemade coconut ice cream is another great perk :) This is a spot not to be missed in Kalaw!
This place is owned by a very nice family. The coffee was just like I love it. Good food for a fair price if you consider it's fresh prepared and all organic. It was wonderful to smell the fresh made cake and cinnamon rolls. Breakfast was delicious and you can have spy or coconut milk for your coffee. Very cozy and lovely place for a rest in Kalaw.
Good taste coffee and cake. Relaxable.
Yummy brownies! Small but interesting veggie menu. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. Good place to chill over a chai or coffee
Cosy, friendly staff and delicious home made foods and drinks. Highly recommmendable! And it's located close to the bus station and the market
Thai tea lovers rejoice! Thai tea and crepes were lovely. Really great cafe with appetizers, food, ice cream, coffee and tea.
Amazing yogurt fruit granola and cakes! Nice setting, feel-good place.
Friendly owners and kids. Good boardgames. Flexible service. Cool atmosphere.
Beautiful Interieur and fabulous garden to sit, relax and enjoy tasty bites. All homemade and fresh. Staff is just lovely. And it is for a good cause! Highly recommend this place!
I'm normally one to avoid western foods (and prices) while traveling, but after learning that the cafe employs locals from a nearby orphanage and takes part in a great amount of community service, I was happy to pay more than I ever would for a baked good.
And it was delicious.
