Literal place name - you come here to stare at a HUGE snake that doesn't move as people place money on it for some reason.

A big python snake can be seen in this pagoda. 8 viss of chicken meat was fed once a month. People believed that this snake was reincarnation of monk' mother. When we arrived there staffs and monks are forcing visitors to donate for construction of hall building.

Not much to see except the snake. The path is quite bumpy.

The greatest thing of this pagoda is the way to reach it. Walking in muddy street you can find pigs, cows, chickens, wild dogs and plenty of people say hallo and smiling you. The pagoda itself is nothing related others in Bago, and the snake looks sleepy (maybe dead:). Well, good for your picture with a not-in-cage big snake. Entry is free but it feels mandatory give a note to the singing/praying python seeker.
