Pretty much a dead zone at this present moment. There are shops operating on level 2 and 3. Do not be alarmed by the lack of shops or activities on level 1 and just head up the escalator. Nothing much on food at the moment.

Early days. This place is new and Mandalay needs to grow a lot before we can expect mu h from this place. One day I can see this place and this area turning into something. For now it's just a good air conditioned Place to pass a bit of time on a hot day. There's a great jewelry cornucopia on the top level. Very wide selection and great pricing. High quality jewels and hand made gold chains. Top shelf. Love Myanmar gold.

Food is good but not that much
Also you will not find the variety here for shopping they limited shops
Parking is chargeable also doesn't have exhaust fan
KFC is available here so it only a option to have something good
Also a movie theater available here

Some room are empty and present available shops are expensive. There are 3 mini cinema. But it is a crowded and well known place.
