Perfect place. GH very quiet (8 minutes walking to downtown). Staff friendly and helpful.
Rent bikes for 1000 mmk/day
Laundry for 2500mmk/kilo (it's cheaper in the downtown)
Breakfast nice with view of the garden.
Rooftop to see moon and stars is good.

El hotel queda algo alejado del centro lo cual tiene sus pros (la tranquilidad) y sus contras (los restaurantes para cenar y el movimiento queda lejos). Ofrecen alquiler de bicicleta x día a 1000kyats y puedes usarlas gratis si es por la tarde/noche.
Algo destacable es que las habitaciones tienen balcon y ventanas lo cual lo hace luminoso. El desayuno estaba bien.

Very nice and cheap hotel at the edge of the Nyaung Shwe village. 15minute walking from the central market. Big dorm (7$per night), each bed has a courtain and three sockets. Breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Possible to rent bicycles for only 1.000kyat.
