This hotel 's situated in Yankin township with ample car parking which is rare in heavy terrific area. That is also near land mark Myanmar plaza for 10 min walk.

1.The receptionist don't have common sense, the will call you at 10:30 pm at night while you're sleeping and wake you up to update the personal information for them, which can be done by morning.
2.Laundry service will get your clothes missing, when you ask the manager, she will tell you maybe it's somewhere in your room.
3.Most of the time the doorman will do more help than hotel manager/ receptionist. Don't argue with them, it will makes you stupid.
4.If you're looking for long term staying and have other places to choose, be sure to kindly remind the housekeeping change the pillow case and bed sheet.
5.You will never know who will call internal line to trick or treat at midnight 2 am, when I check with the counter, they just say I can do nothing for you. Suggest you unplug the internal line while sleeping.
6.If your room is facing the sun, the curtain may not help you to block all the sunshine, eye patch is needed.response / report this review -

the laundry management of this hotel is just unbearable. luckily my laundry was sent to my colleague rooms. if it is sent to a stranger, it might never be returned. their hotel management can only apologise without any actions taken.

Suitable for people working around Yankin & Myanmar Plaza, clean and good room services, breakfast OK, no bar, good view, near convenient shops, reasonable price, Wi-Fi OK.
