  Very close to downtown area and oitdoor seating is available. Food quality is used to good here, but this time not much. Just so so. Toilet is not very clean. Recommend for bbq. And spicy chicken leg soup is perfect. Weekend very pack. Recommend to bring foreigner friends and colleague atleasr one time.

  It's a nice spot to hang out with ur friends and grab some cold beer. Rather spacious than the others , it also has some parking spots as it lies beside the Lower Kyimyindaing road. The barbeque are not bad. The above three facts go for the three stars. So that's all. Oh.. almost forgot about the price. It's not that expensive.

  I wouldn't be wrong to say it's one of the biggest n most famous BBQ n Beer Stations in Yangon.. as it's usually crowded with ppl of all ages.. Food is good.. not the best .. with cheap or reasonable price for food n drinks..
  Has a parking space which could only fit 6-7 cars.. n the rest cars have to be parked on the road.. they have security to look after though..
