We were taken to this restaurant during a boat trip to Inle lake.
It located on the south park of the lake, and as any other construction in this area, built on pylons.
There are no prices in the menu, so ask before ordering. Apparently there are 3 ranges of prices:
1. vegetables,
2. any dishes including cashews and
3. meat.
We ordered two salads: cauliflower with cashew and eggplant salad and a vegetable noodles soup. The salads were prepared with fresh ingredients and tasty, but the noodles nothing to write home about There are for sure better restaurants in this area.
