The worst experience I've had in otherwise super friendly Myanmar.

At our arrival they told us that they have no rooms left although we paid for the room in advance and in full via agoda.

I'm well aware that mistakes happen but I have never been treated with such hostility and contempt as by these ladies behind the desk.

Instead of trying to help and solve the problem they simply told us that it's not their fault that they overbooked their property (!!?) and that we should see for ourselves where to go and how to get our money back.

After drawing their attention to their horrenduous attitude they totally lost their cool and reminded us that we are on their property and should talk to them accordingly.

Most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced.

One of the best hotel in ye, mon state. It provided excellent customer services and very delicious foods. The beds are very comfortable and i had a good sleep there. And, all the tourist's attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is located 5 mins walking distance from the famous lake.
