코스 관리가 한 마디로 엉망이었다. 페어웨이 그린 상태 C급 수준. 특히 주변 정리가 안되어 있어 코스 주변에 군데군데에 쓰레기 더미가 있었고 냄새까지 피워댔다. 그린피도 1인당 25$로 카트피, 캐디팁 포함하면 45$ 정도, 가성비가 나빴다. 캐디들도 명랑하다 못해 도가 넘은 행동(그늘집에서 멋대로 음료수를 먹는)을 하기도 했다.
