I have been living here about 14 years. Not too much far to downtown. 15-20 mins drive to downtown with no traffic. Closed to Tharketa cinema, WaterBoomb park and National Village park. 3 km walk to a market and 10 mins drive to Capital Hyper Market, Orange and City Mart shopping center. 24/7 Nation Mart (Super One) Convenience stores and other personal retails store. Good enough space for car parking. A primary school and a big Hall for Religious Building are next to housing. 1,500 books supported library. No flooding. Closed to petro shop. And 5 mins drive to Moe Thee Hospital.

Fire station is 4-5 km far away.
