Good spot to observe local people whilst feeding the fish, buy some food and join them and try to interact.

For my personal opinion, this would be a great photographic spot in the city. The pagoda is built on the water of the legendary lake with full historic background. Locals in the city performs physical activities and walking on the road circling the lake especially during winter. Some feed the fishes during the physical activity.
