My cousin died there on Tuesday of high bp that caused stroke. Not happy with the service.

Tertiary level hospital with variety of clinical specialities. New buildings are being constructed while wards and lanes are too dark with poor lighting. The place is a little bit dirty and very crowded. It is also a teaching hospital for undergraduate and postgraduate level medical students.

Yangon's only public(think it is NGO funds, might be wrong) methadone center located here, except from YwarTharGyi, where main clinic exist(where you enlist for methadone treatment).Patient must have to come daily to get a dose of methadone, not a good idea to detoxify someone i think🤔.
