The Shwedawshin Pagoda, or Shwedawshin Paya, is a Buddhist pagoda in the island of Myay Ngu, Pauktaw township, Rakhine State, Myanmar. It is one of the more important ancient Buddhist Pagoda in Myanmar. It is said to contain a Buddha's hairs, as its name means Golden Hair Relic.
