Parking spaces are so small. Staffs ars not very welcoming. I got a room which has everything sucks such as hair dryer is not working, kettle is not working, Refrigerator is not working because of the voltage is unstable. I have to voice it out every single stuff to get them repaired. Should all of them be checked before.
The good part is Including breakfast+bathtub with this price is AMAZING.response / report this review -

Don't.like. breakfast is not good. Roon service is poor. Can hear voice from other room. Payment system is poor. So i transfer to Yadanar Theingi..

A reasonable standard 3 star hotel in Mandalay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Situated near to the Grand Palace site, the views from the top floor are very good. Wifi a bit slow. Hot water for showers is only lukewarm or tepid at best. Breakfasts are basic and more suited to Asian tastes. Plenty of rice and noodles.

Pro: good location in town
Great view, close to many places,
Spacious rooms,
A very friendly manager with good English,
A very helpful doorman,
Cons: mean and hostile front desk ladies,the place needs lots of cleaning,
Found Roaches and rodent ,
Leaks on shower floor,
Noise hallway, nosy staff,
The staff knock n wake me up to do inventory of their fridge,( for real ! Lol ),
Looooud neighbors partying at midnight,
Not good Breakfast
I was charged for item I didn't used from the fridge.
Not worthy of the price.. there are many better choice around in Mandalay

This hotel is was pretty good all round. The rooms were fine and the bathrooms had hot water and bath tubs.
