Great location in the bustle of Mandalay near the train station. Prices are good and they offer the services of an upmarket place, free WiFi, minibar, laundry service etc but the rooms are grotty and the shower may as well not exist. Staff try their hardest to help and this place could be great but the cleanliness really needs to be improved- stains all over the walls, mould in the shower etc. Also the shower situation is grim, the water never heats up, all you get is a lukewarm dribble-terrible when you've been through the dusty streets of Mandalay and you want to wash it all off before bed.
