I usually go there whenever i go out late night. Pwint Thit San opens almost 24hrs.

It has KTV rooms and a restaurant. It has its own car park but it's small. Don't worry, security will show you where to park.

KTV rooms prices are between 7,000ks to 18,000ks. They got the latest MTV music. Songs which are released only in mp3 are not available. The decoration is just normal.

The restaurant is usually crowded with people and a little bit noisy. The dishes are good, the prices are fair (and cheap). The waiters are friendly. It offer a variety of foods from Myanmar and Chinese cuisines.

Pros - cheap, tastes good, friendly waiter.
Cons - really noisy.

*I strongly recommend to go there and fill your stomach with heavy meals then go to expensive clubs and bars to enjoy nightlife.*

Once,I ordered one soup for me and fried rice for my date, Although we expected the normal size soup and dish for two people but the truth is they gave us extra large size soup and meal and I said we order for two people and you gave us may be four or five people meal. I asked them to change the size but they didn't change the order. Although the taste is not bad,, the cost is high too and the waiters are not too supportive.

We went here about 11pm after a long bus trip back to Yangon and were staying at nearby hotel. We were really happy with everything we got. Place was packed, we had pork basil leaf, snow pea, and pork roll. Couple beers and watermelon juice. All good.
