Very poor service. Promised to get blood test result within 5 days, when contact them the result no ready yet. They asked back patient many questions with unknown words.

A new appointment (5pm) had been postponed for an hour late to the first appointment (4pm), informed to patient 30 min before. Now (6pm), an hour late to the already postponed appointment, yet no one can answer when he (the doctor) will arrive. No more info to the patient and patient is left waiting for long. Waiting place is not quiet spacious and comfortable for a long wait. The appointment service should be improved. Other services are okay.
