The Satsan branch of PRO 1 is quite impressive for its display of items, variety of building appliances and the servicing of the staff. The price may be a bit lower or higher than retail shops but the items I have purchased are nearly the same or lower priced than other retail shops. If there is an area to improve, more fans or air coolers would have encouraged the customers to spend more time browsing through aisles of merchandise.

Really nice, big store, that weeks everything for the home. Chairs, lamps, office, stools, plates, cleaning, etc. Everything under 1 roof. Bought some tools, a safe, a coat rack and a few other odds and ends. Mostly Chinese brands, with a few American inports. Very good brands overall on all electronics.

It is a good place for buying home decorating tools, furnitures, kitchen ware, electronics and lighting and all kinds of materials relating with your home. Various kind of materials are available in one place and very convenient. The prices of most items are resonable but some items are a little bit expensive. It is a very large place with good ventilation and does not use air conditioners.
It also provides free drinking water and cool drinks for all customers.
Most sales staff are patient and helpful.
But, there is only one bad thing which is poor connection between sales staffs and cashiers and delay payment system at the customer service center.

Good:
The store size itself is a big one with different choices and lots of items to choose from.
Staff are helpful.
Provide free drink and mineral water.

Not good:
No staff on some product lines (or no enough manpower??). Needs to walk across several lines of products and needs to ask the staff from other product section.
Some products do not have price tag either on product itself or shelf.

Not being able to browse product online is not convenient as I don't have the energy to spend my whole time at this place walking around to compare things.

One of the biggest home equipment center which as like as big shopping mall. Good services and delivery but a little expensive than downtown small shop. Many car parking, many their branch. A new branch of pro one home center. I never have been pro one home center before and not to other branch.
