A market around the circumference of the Pagoda. Just the usual market wares. The highlight was a lady making a wholemeal coconut pancake, 500 kyat for 3 pancakes. I wish we bought a dozen.

The main market here is catered towards local and foreign tourists, but if you're around on the 5-day market day, head around back to see where the real action is.
