  I needed to escape the heat of the day and came across this place by accident. Lovely and cool, and a wide selection of cakes t choose from. The chocolate cake was okay and tea okay. Mainly local people with a few foreigners scattered amongst the crowd. Good value for money.

  Used to be great but these days its a mess. Big hall means much crowd which in turn create so much noise. One of the big air cons doesn't work and they ain't fixing it for months and it's such a bad thing to happen as Yangon is very hot these days. I'm a regular customer (5 days a week) to the Parisian Cafe near MPS (Mahar Bandula Park St.) and it's the opposite there. Quite, cold and very relaxing.
