It's amazing restaurant
Nice view and delicious food. That is the best restaurant that I've tried here
This place is worth it for the view alone. I walked here across the water as the tide was still low. Lovely smoothies, fresh salads and cocktails. You can see the water so blue and clear against the rocks and a gorgeous view across ngapali beach. Service was quick and friendly.
Tourist prices for okay food but I believe most of the cost is for the setting which is amazing. Great view with a beautiful sunset on an off-to-the-distance cliffside makes for a picturesque dinner. Would recommend for that 10/10 Instagram shot that gets all the followers (Heh). I didn't get any photos without my family, though, cuz it was that nice.
Getting to the place seems difficult as you have to cross a little bit of ocean. If crossing before low tide at 7pm, it'll leave you a bit wet when getting there. I started at 5:30pm and the tide was at my knees, or thighs with waves. We talked to some others that took off their pants to cross the waters before putting it back on for dinner.
Nighttime is nice with low light setting. With the tide coming down at around 7pm, a sand path revealed itself for our walk back to the hotel.
Location is terrific. At high tide there is a shuttle raft to the beach towed by local boys. Food is good, but expect western prices. There is happy hour from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. The sun sets behind Pearl Island.
Good food and friendly staff, reasonable local prices.
View is wonderful
It is the only restaurant on ngapali beach otherwise you have to go to hotels which are expensive with average and not authentic food
We waded across to this islet for a coffee during a long walk on Ngapali beach. It's a nice tranquil spot with plenty of tables and chairs. At low tide you can walk with water below your knees but at high tide water will be waist high so there is a very small ferry boat to take you the few metres offshore to the small islet. We forgot to bring any money so couldn't pay for our coffee but this was no problem to the staff. We walked back along the beach a couple of days later to pay our dues!
The restaurant was built on the rock in the water. So you need to get cross some shallow water to get there. Foods and drink are available and little expensive for local like me. But if you want to enjoy the magnificent sunset view this is the place you should visit.
From the shore it looks like a simple restaurant but once you get there it much bigger than you think with a very spacious terrace that overlooks the ocean, when the tide is they have a make shift pantoon boat that will take you to the entrance.
The seafood with coconut milk and pineapple was extremely good, I was impressed!! The prices are very much affordable, if you are ever there don't hesitate to visit this place
Tasty food, friendly staff. However, a bit pricy
Resturant on the rock island. great view and good service.
Excellent food; great service; lovely ambiance on terrace overlooking the sea; and quite the adventure getting there at high tide - you either wade, while it is still possible, or they ferry you across.
The food was good and the price as well! Super location and great view
