  Good range of wines to choose from! Recommend their no cream carbonara and their expansive selection of western food. Noteworthy in their Asian range is the kimchi fried rice - a must! Place is a bit off the main road but it’s location in google maps is spot on! Call for dinner reservations if you’re visiting on a Friday or during the weekend. Place is usually packed.

  decent steak at very reasonable price point. servers are well trained and management is on premise at all times. if your driver doesnt know how ymto get there, try german embassy which is across the street

  Went there (4 people) on Tuesday.. So good went again on Wednesday.. Great food..good wine.. Excellent value.. Photos.. Lamb, chicken, salmon

  I love it - great value for money, good ambience and nice wines available at reasonable prices. Good mix of locals and foreigners. Steaks are good, not out of this world great

  Onyx Winetree is right across the street from the German Embassy. The car park is big enough to accommodate all but the busiest evenings. The tomato and feta salad is a great find for Yangon. The sirloin steak was seriously tough but also seriously flavorful. Priced for expats, but a nice spot in the neighborhood for a (near-)proper steak.

  I accidentally found this restaurant & bar on the way to Aung San Museum and I'm so glad I did! The interior was super, staffs were kind, but I was considering if giving this venue a 4 or 5 star because the lamb chop I had wasn't satisfying. But but but!!! They do a live concert from 7 PM and it totally gave me the great mood for my last night in this city. Awesome! And well actually lamb chop was only K10,000 so I shouldn't be so sensitive about the quality. A must stop by for those who cares local culture and the mood!

  Dinner here was very good and reasonably priced under 10,000 kyats. The salmon had a mint dressing that was fantastic. Great wine selection. The only I was disappointed in was the green salad on the lunch menu. It was a sad salad for the price. All lettuce. Only one small tomato and very little cucumber. When I complained, it came back properly dressed, with even a bit of green pepper. Now only with a touch of grated cheese
