Location is easy to find (Look out for JJ Express signboard) and we reached yangon on time although we started off a little later than scheduled departure time. Seats are comfy enough (assuming you are not too tall) for a decent night’s rest. And there was complimentary dinner (nothing fanciful just fried rice or noodles) along the way at a local coffee shop.

about JJ express , I don't know why they put AC at lower temp. Last time when I was with JJ ( from Bagan to Inle Lake ) temp was at 19 degree and humidity at 94% .So cold and so much humidity in air. Why you don' t set temp at 22-23 degree and all should be ok.

Buses are A+ and it is a comfy ride.

Small place. But nice and clean. Staffs are speaking good english, so no worry about miscommunication.
