  If you are in Mandalay, this is a great shopping mall to buy things and relax. It also have Mandalay's largest parking space for a shopping mall. Not recommended during day time of holidays, there will be a huge crowd for no reason.

  This is quite a good place for mostly fashionable stuffs on the other floors except the specific shopping place.I might say it has mostly every stuff that is known by the locales.What i mean is there's no such thing as stuffs from Target like in US,so,not a 10 out of 10..

  A good place to visit & can buy the goods
  in Mandalay.
  Also have GYM.
  At night,mercury light & some beautiful place can take a beauty photo.
  Also have entertainment band at night.
  Sometime celebrate Music Show, Fashion Show and Singer's promotion .

  Ocean Supercenter caters to all your household needs (from groceries to electronics) in one place. That is the one thing that sets it apart from other departmental stores.
  
  It does not hurt that it is located in the Mingalar Mandalay commercial space that provides great ambiance and plenty of shopping destinations for when you are done with grocery shopping.

  A great place to escape from heat in Mandalay. You can watch movies and do shopping. There are lots of fast food restaurants in the supermarket so no need to worry about food.

  Definitely the best selection of groceries in Mandalay, but you'll pay close to American prices for things. The only thing I'd avoid are fruits and veggies, as they can be found much, much cheaper at the markets.
