Beautiful site. The dogs seemed malnourished, wish we brought some snacks for them.

This place might be the best stupa sight Ive been to in entire Myanmar. Very secluded, though packed with tourists, but totally worth visiting.
If I had known about this place before? I would have skipped all the shops and villages so I could stay here longer

Walking up the hill you will find a whole forest of stupas, older ones and also restored and new ones making for a unique atmosphere.

Great place to view ancient and renovated stupas. It's a bit far by boat but worth it for the natural beauty against the old stupas.

The town is quite small, but on market day the place is bustling. The highlight of any visit to the area is the complex of stupas on the top of the hill. Walking there is an adventure as the covered walkway is crammed with vendors catering to tourists. Worth a few hours of leisurely exploration!
