  Location- perfect view by beachfront rooms
  Breakfast- Buffet for high season and low season with > 15 ppl in hotel
  Price - Little expensive than any 3 stars hotel
  Facilities - good but no WiFi in rooms

  We Stay 3 night here. The staff are not friendly, the housekeeper doing good job. The Breakfast was nothing to say good. My wife doesn't eat chili, they platted omelette with chili at buffet , so we ask for it without chili. They reply that they can't do anything and you can enjoy what you have in the buffet. The receptionist must know how to Welcome and how to say Thanks to the guest. At the lobby ,when we check-in the early morning, they allowed us to get the room. Super Thanks to the team.The resort was close to airport , the beach was like private beach. The sea water was clean .

  Choć bardzo blisko lotniska, samolort nie przeszkadzają w odpoczynku. Darmowe rowery hotelowe zostawiają wiele do życzenia. Ogólnie polecam hotel.

  our group is 85 people group,
  hotel just prepare a little breakfast for our group, bad management, poor service,
  
  tasteless breakfast
  
  also not change towel during their room service
  
  the worst thing is there are mouse in the rooms, my friend's little finger is biten by mouse while she is sleeping, we complaint to hotel reception, but they didn't take any responsibility about mouse bite issue
  
  Be careful mouse bite !!!

  Lots of problems
  
  The views are great. The location is great and very near the airport. The staff is generally friendly. The bicycles are free and fun.
  
  Those are the good things. The wifi is a joke (I was told to complain to Yangon when I inquired about it). Breakfast is subpar. They say it ends at 9:30 but everything seems to runs out at 8:45 and is not refilled well. There is a continually foul smell in the room and bathroom.
  
  Overall not a great experience and I wish I'd stayed elsewhere and would surely not stay here again.
