The view from the tower is fantastic. The dining experience in the tower is fairly average unfortunately. But certainly go up for the views across Bagan.

It's a highest point to view the sunset in Bagan. It's cool. View something from here very very beautiful. But you have to buy ticket with 5usd/ticket to get there.

This place is totally worth the visit if you don't want to climb the Pagodas. Some of the Pagodas can be steep and dark so sometimes hard to climb before sunrise in the dark. Hot air balloon views from the tower is amazing.

The tower offers unbeatable 360 degree view of the ancient city. Although it is crowded during the sunset peak time surprisingly you will still be able to take the photo shoot without any obstruction. Arrive during the happy hour with buy one get one free drink is definitely a bonus. Although there is a fee but it's money well spent.

This eyesore of a building does offer stunning 360 degree views over the extraordinary landscape of Bagan and its multitudinous stupas, temples and pagodas. Deservedly popular for those wishing to enjoy a magnificent sunset. Overlooks Bagans most exclusive and expensive hotel!

You can see the beautiful landscape from the top of the tower.
But If you really want to enjoy it,I suggest the Balloons.

Great view for $5 if you cant afford the expensive air balloons. Admittedly lots of tourists but not without humour. They all counted down and cheered the sun disappearing and then abruptly all left. We were elated and enjoyed the best most colourful bit of sun set in peace and quiet.

K7'000 entry. Worth it, you get a 360 view of the surrounding area. We were there at 5:15am and had plenty of time to enjoy the slow rising sun (until 6:45).

Good view 360 degree to see the pagoda. The price is not expensive 7,000 Ks (5-6 $).
There is the restuarant on 9th floor, the price is expensive. You can stop for lunch or coffee.

Nice place to see the full 360 view from high up. For scenic photos of sunrise/sunset with some pagodas in view I would however recommend a lower viewing spot. $5 entrance fee (7k kyat).
