  Really Bad Service. Bad Hygiene especially the Toilets which are clogged from time to time. Really Dim Light in the hallway due to Bad Construction Design which leads to occassional trip and slip. The room are Dirty. Not secure enough. No night Patrol. Getting Phones Stolen is like a usual thing there. The only good points are (a) It is near Myanmar Maritime University (b) Cheaper compare to other Hostels since Government Official Hostel. WORST THING IS NO ELECTRICITY FROM 9AM TO 2PM.

  It changed alot some months ago. Especially toilets and bathrooms are better now. Canteen has also made some good changes.
  Electricity isn't available between 9 am and 2 pm during weekdays, but it's available all day during weekends and holidays. You can't go in or out after 11 pm, except if you have reasonable reasons and it is informed ahead. The rental fees is 25000 per month. But if you install money for the whole semester, it's 23000 per month.

  Rooms are rather small and too damn hot in summer. Food is at a standard of below average. Electricity is not available from 10 AM to 4 PM in weekdays. When available, it comes with a voltage less than 220V. Water, not drinking water, is very, very low quality and sometimes, little snails are found when taking a shower. Hostel price and food prices are very expensive despite of these above facts. No transportation to this place during night time and a bus line in day time. So, the transportation is also bad. Service of the hostel is so bad.

  The rooms are OK. There are small gym equipments and a football field. Electricity is available from 4 pm to 10 am in weekdays. Bathrooms and toilets are fairly good. The hostal canteen is not very good though.
