Such an amazing person, has a nice book shop and is really knowledgeable about myanmar and if asked will be quiet informative. You should come visit after Mr. Donald and ask questions. He also sometimes orgenizes volunteer work in nearby villages, so try and join one as well. Great expirience.

What an inspirational man. My girlfriend and I visited mr book at 10pm and had the most engaging conversation about Burmese history and politics. He gifted us some old Burmese money, he told us to return the next day and would explain its significance.

The next day we returned, mr book was waiting with a number of diagrams, maps and books. He entertained us for more than an hour about the NLD, and the struggle for democracy., all while attending to his bookshop.

A national treasure and a highlight of our time in Myanmar. A must for any traveller.

This is a small bookstand that offers some great books on burmese history and culture as well as various used novels. The collection is small but high in quality. The owner, Mr. Book is a fascinating man, well worth engaging in conversation.

Mr Book is one of the most inspiring people I've ever met. His bookshop is small but he's read a lot of them. He knows a lot about the town.
I treasure the moments I spent with Mr Book talking about books and philosphy and the current situation so much. I'd love to come back one day
    Honored to be there,
    Petr
