A good hotel to stay in Naypyitaw with fair price. Near junction and Capital shopping mall. Ther are different types of rooms with different rates. Not recommend for foods.

A good quality hotel with average services. Deluxe and above rooms will meet requirements of the guests who expect luxurious room decoration. Wide hotel campus with ordinary landscaping is remarkable. Swimming pool, a mini gym and limited spa service would be helpful for who had a whole day sitting in the stressful meetings. Buffet breakfast is provided but less number of items to choose and ordinary taste do not match the size and room rate charged. If you are looking for a mid range hotel on the main road and within walking distance to shopping malls, this one should be on your list.

It's a local Burmese hotel and still relatively new so it's very nice. However don't look too hard at the detail - the shoddy workmanship at the hotel means that in a short amount of time the hotel won't look so great. My room already had some wallpaper peeling off the ceiling, the plastering in the bathrooms is very rough - with a tap coming out of a tile in the bath through an open hole in the tile rather than being sealed properly. The decor in the hotel is fine - but wish they'd spent a bit more money to hire an interior designer to blend the colours and materials in a way that works. The 4 stars are because overall, the hotel looks nice, with a great pool, nice staff and large rooms. Just don't expect 5 star (or even 4 star hotel) finishes - and don't look too hard at the details!
