Really Really love this hotel. This hotel is located near Inya Lake and has nice view. If you want to enjoy to see nice view of Inya Lake, I fully recommend this hotel.The coffee shop near lobby is very very nice place to sit and talk with friends or colleague because there is not noisy just only open tune.

True Five star, fantastic view of lake, nicely maintained hotel, cozy place, excellent food, impressive restaurant, exotic aristocracy, efficient environment and maintenance is high. Very articulated hotel with great location and close by airport and heart of the city.

An expensive hotel that has some good views and facilities on offer.

The staff are a courteous and polite bunch of people always around.., but lack real world experience. Not that they don't try hard enough, their standard of guests is limited to Asians who are demanding on a different level.

Vegetarian food is very limited, with literally two dishes to choose from. Bah!

The other annoying bit is their decision to NOT allow guests to put restaurant, room service and laundry service on tab without a 50 USD deposit at the time of check in. A practice even lowly 2 star hotels don't require. Especially given the financial circumstances of their guests, this is an absurd practice.

This reviews the hotel bar not the hotel or restaurant. I got food poisoning from the pineapple juice, which comes with ice. For a five-star establishment this is unacceptable. I know the cause was Lotte because I ate and drank the same things with my friends all day except here, where they had beer and I had the juice.

Five star Hotel located near Inya lake. The place is between the airport and downtown area. The hotel is new and the decoration and room are nice and up to the standard. Food here is average. You need around 30 mins to 1 hr to go to downtown area depends on traffic. If you dont mind the price and enjoy a good view, this is the hotel you should choose.

I stayed for 3nights. I was too busy to use all the facilites. But what i can definitely tell is that the staffs are really nice and the hotel is clean. Think that is enough reason for me to come back and recommend this hotel.

From the outside the hotel looks like a communist country style architecture. The walls are featureless and flat. Inside the decor is quite modern and the place is very clean which befits such a new hotel.

The pool area is disappointing with two small children's pools and a slightly larger infinity edge pool right beside Inya Lake. There is a bar hutch by the pools and some deck chairs but it is not very inviting.

The downstairs restaurant is quite nice with plenty of space but prices are above average.

Its a very nice 5 stars hotel which is in yangon.It locates waterside of the Inya lake that's why the sightseeing from the top of the hotel is so adorable.The WiFi service need to be better.The hotel has the great chefs.This is a place for the foreigners to stay when they are in yangon.

New hotel in Yangon with lots of room. 5 star hotel with 2 swimming pole and great gym. Locations also good. But the room rate are also high.

Big rooms with nice view, fresh environment. Easy to get to hotel since it is located between downtown & airport and also can watch sunset from high floor and over the Inya Lake. so excited to stay there, cannot wait! ;)

A latest new 5 stars hotel which provides a breathtaking view of Inya Lake and ShweDaGon Pagoda. All the facilities provided by this hotel are brand new and high standard. Unlike the others, the structure of the building is unique and hotel banquet rooms, guest rooms and serviced apartment rooms have the best qualities. The most wonderful hotel ever.
