Great guest house. Helpful staff. Very nice location. Facilities are a bit basic (mosquito net, no fan, cold shower) but good value for money compared to the guesthouses you find online. Nice little store next door too, for all your snacking needs.

Only downside is no online booking, but booking over the phone is not at all complicated. Called couple days ahead and it was no problem. Most travelers these days get a local SIM card anyways.

Also the ferry from Sittwe arrives at 930 AM and they let me check into my room right away. Was very nice not to have to drag bags around for half the day.

Did not book any village trips so I can't speak to booking travel through this guesthouse.

Breakfast include, approximately 8USD per night, no hot shower, nice staff which could speak English

Shoes off so clean inside. Double was 14000 ensuite. Buses to mandalay or bagan are 23000, but no pickup. Guys are friendly and helpful. Cold shower only, no wifi.
