Nice service with fair price

A good selection of products with reasonable price. I go there regularly to buy Similac, Diapers, and other baby stuff. However, I felt really irritated that they refused to give 5% discount on Similac and some selected items while the membership card clearly states that "ALL" items are entitled for 5% discount. Why promised something that you can't provide? I don't mind not getting any discount but I do get angry for treating customers insincerely. When I questioned the staff about it, they just simply saidoh, we don't give discounts on Similac.no real explanation, looking at me as if I am a nuisance. They told me only when I asked after the receipt had been printed out without discount. They should have informed me way before that put a sign up or something.
