There is a K2500 foreigner entrance fee that can be kind of skipped if you enter any entrance other than the main East one. I came in on the west side, which is near a lookout area, and if it weren't hazy, I believe I could have seen all the way to Yangon. There are some unique statues and murals, and plenty of smaller buildings to check out and see many different varieties of Buddhas.

I've been Kyaik Khauk Pagoda last 25 Yrs ago and Now and here is different as changing as my age.I return here 21st April 2017 at night and i spend one night at the Pagoda.But all around the nation wide in myanmar you can't find the old traditional Festival of the yearly anniversary ceremonial as like as Kyaik Khauk Pagoda.If you guys are love to hunt the Myanmar traditional then decide to come at that time of these festival.

Kyaikkhauk Pagoda (ကျိုက်ခေါက်စေတီတော်), an ancient cultural heritage that dates back 2000 years ago, is located in Thanlyin Township, in South Yangon, Myanmar. Built in the same style as Shwedagon Pagoda. Nice!
